GPSLogik AB erbjuder olika typer av PC/mobilterminal baserade positioneringslösningar. Man kopplar in en GPS-puck i sin dators USB-port. Vår mjukvara läser av positionsmeddelanden från GPS-pucken och skickar inläst data vidare till GPSLogiks kartservrar. Sedan kan du se datorns position i realtid. Datorn kan ligga i en lastbilshytt, servicebil eller ombord på ett fartyg. Perfekt lösning för alla företag som vill ha position/automatisk körjournal m.m. på sina enheter samtidigt som man kan köra företagets standardprogram ute på fältet. Här sätter din egen fantasi begränsningarna.

PC-n kommunicerar via mobilt bredband eller via satellitkommunikation som oftast finns ombord på fartyg.

En PC-baserad lösning har flera fördelar p.g.a. att det just är en PC, man kan ju köra andra program samtidigt och koppla på externa mätinsamlingsystem, t.ex en PLC. Din idé om tillämpning sätter gränserna, vi är programmerare och har själva utvecklat mjukvaran.

Med GPSLogiks mjukvara för omvandling av standard NMEA0183-protokollet till våra kartservrar kan vi ta emot GPS-data från en vanlig USB-ansluten GPS-puck och skicka detta vidare till våra kartservrar för presentation och lagring av ett fartygs rörelse i realtid och dåtid. Systemet är PC-baserat och kan säkerligen användas på många andra sätt.

Start immediately to see your marine traffic worldwide. Just install our small program on one of your onboard computers and connect a USB_GPS dongle. The software will send us your position data ( latitude, longitude, speed.. ) through any LAN/Satellite connection you have onboard. Follow your vessels in realtime with trails. Get e-mail or SMS alerts for vessel arrivals, departures and other events. Full reporting on time spent on sea and port. We can export all collected data to you if you want to . Receive GPS data based in popular formats like standardized JSON/XML structures.
You can se your wessels on our website both in Google MAP and Google Earth views, this is a very efficient view of the real-time vessels positions. Our database receives and processes a large amount of data and stores the most important part of it. It also includes port and area geographic information, vessel photos and other information. Vessels current positions and/or tracks are displayed on a map, using the Google’s map API. Position history, vessel’s details, port conditions and statistics are searchable through our web pages.
Data received are uploaded in the database in real time and therefore they are immediately available on the map and on other pages. However, several positions shown on map may be not continuously refreshed (e.g. when a ship satellite communications system is down). If we can’t connct to our servers the data is stored locally until we have communication again. you will never lose any data. You always have a label on the ship marker that show latest timestamp of data recieved.
